DELIVERY
Delivery within the UK:
We aim to despatch all stock items within one working day of receiving
your order and they should reach you within five working days. In
the event of items being out of stock, we will advise you immediately.
If you wish to pay by cheque (made payable to Pethers & Lusnia)
please add up to an additional 5 working days for the cheque to clear.
Postage & packaging cost within the UK:
All items to the UK include FREE postage and packaging.
All items are insured in transit.
Non-UK delivery:
We aim to despatch all stock items within two working days of receiving
your order. For deliveries within Europe and the USA, please allow
up to ten working days for delivery. For deliveries to all other destinations,
please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Non-UK postage & packaging cost:
Please enquire by contacting us.
Please be aware that all £ sterling orders sent within the EU
are subject to VAT (value added tax). Orders sent outside of the EU will
have the VAT deducted.
For deliveries to non-EU destinations, Pethers& Lusnia will not
be held liable for any possible fees arising from customs or import duties
levied on the goods despatched.

RETURNS
Pethers & Lusnia’s products are quality checked prior to being
despatched. If, for whatever reason, any Pethers & Lusnia product
does not meet your expectations, we will exchange or refund as required,
provided the goods are returned undamaged within 14 days of receipt.
We regret that goods cannot be returned from countries outside the UK, other
than by special arrangement.

parties to access your personal information. We will only use information
that we collect from you to process and despatch your order, or to update

between the customer and PETHERS & LUSNIA once an order has been
accepted by us, full payment received (including any postage & packaging)
and the goods despatched.
PETHERS & LUSNIA retain title of the goods until fully paid for.
For deliveries to non-EU destinations, PETHERS & LUSNIA will not
be held liable for any possible fees arising from customs or import duties
levied on the goods despatched.
We make every effort on this site to ensure that shopping online is
safe and secure but we cannot be responsible for fraudulent use of a
lost or stolen credit/debit card.

Any disputes not covered by these terms and conditions and all information
stated on this website, will be decided only by the courts of England
and Wales.
